The core of our business activities encompasses track and subgrade construction, including civil engineering structures and passenger service facilities with small architecture elements.
Executing contracts either independently or as part of consortiums, we perform trackwork using high-performance heavy machinery, such as the P-95 track renewal train, panel dismantling and laying trains, railway cranes, ballast cleaners like the RM-900 (available on demand), plain track and turnout tamping machines, ballast hopper and specialized wagons, as well as ballast regulators (owned fleet). In cooperation with our German partner, Schweerbau, we also undertake comprehensive rail reprofiling in tracks, as well as preventive and corrective rail grinding.
When carrying out track superstructure works, we frequently execute subgrade construction and rehabilitation as well. In this scope, we offer works utilizing high-efficiency formation rehabilitation trains such as the RPM RS 900, or a combination of two machines—the SVV 100 and RM 900. Coupled with a set of MFS material transport and dumping wagons, these systems allow for the replacement of the protective subgrade layer without the need to dismantle the track panel.
Executing the aforementioned works with high-performance machinery enables us to achieve maximum productivity and shorten track possession times, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Where the deployment of fully mechanized equipment is not feasible, we perform works using conventional construction methods and equipment, supported by our extensive experience in this area.
