Track
modernization

We use heavy equipment to modernize tracks and turnouts manufactured by Plasser&Theurer, achieving above-average results and accuracy.

We work with two tamping machines: CSM 09-32 duomatic and Unimat 08-475/4S. In addition, we use the SSP 110 and SSP 100 scrapers from the same manufacturer to profile and brush the crushed stone ballast in the track. We take great care of the technical condition of our machines both on a daily basis and during winter breaks; as a result, they feature a very low failure rate during the working season. The full professionalism and experience of our staff and the reliability of our equipment allow us to face the biggest challenges and eventually meet the satisfaction and appreciation of our customers.

CSM 09-32 track tamping machine

High-performance track tamping machine. Continuous two-layer tamp with planet gear. It is used to lift and slide the track onto the designed vertical alignment and to compact the railway ballast. It is equipped with a system of side thickeners to improve track stability. The machine software is compatible with GEDO measuring system.

Unimat 08-475/4S universal tamping machine

This single-layer universal tamping machine is mainly used for tamping railroad switches and crossings, junctions, and tracks. It is used to lift and slide the track onto the designed vertical alignment and to compact the railway ballast. It is provided with a system of side thickeners to improve track stability and an integrated brush to brush the track, e.g., after a stabilisation tamp. The machine software is compatible with GEDO measuring system.

SSP 100 crushed stone scraper

It is used to profile the ballast bed crushed stone prism in the track on concrete or wooden sub-bases.
