An old proverb says that those who stand still are moving backward – this is especially true in business. That’s why we prioritize growth, particularly in the areas of safety and quality, which we promise to our partners. How do we achieve this?
First and foremost, we ensure that every year we audit our oversight activities and identify areas for improvement. Thirteen processes undergo internal inspection, and audits are conducted each time by three auditors, in accordance with ISO standards: 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018.
Currently, our ISO documentation consists of 21 procedures, 15 instructions, 2 policies, the organizational context, and a process map – these contain our best practices ensuring high work quality and the safety of our employees and those using our services. These documents are also regularly reviewed and updated, accompanied by registers of hazards, potentially accident-prone events, complaints, and relevant legal acts.
Each year, we also conduct a Management Review, during which we discuss a range of internal and external factors – identifying areas for improvement. We don’t limit ourselves to merely complying with accident safety regulations – as part of our Integrated Management System Policy, we have also defined our values, which include care for employees, sustainable development, and the prevention of discrimination.
We are not only developing procedures but also expanding our capabilities – in 2024, we applied to extend the scope of our certifications to include railway design work and construction services in the industrial energy sector.
